Training Program

The training program is in honor of my grandparents Betty Jean Sailor and Johnny Richards, Sr.

​

The program trains youth on how to own and operate their own aggregate hauling firm. The courses are taught from a biblical prospective covering topics such as: Bidding, Estimating, Project Management, Contracts, Trucking Equipment, and Payment procedures. 



We offer the training to at risk youth, CDL drivers, and rehabilitated citizens; list is not conclusive.
