The BJJSR Youth Entrepreneurial Trucking Training Program was founded in honor of my grandparents: Betty Jean Sailor Richards and Johnny Richards Sr. Our vision  is more minority owned trucking firms that encompass the proper business skills to endure success.

The program trains the youth on how to own and operate their on aggregate hauling firm. The courses are taught from a biblical prospective.
